Job Description
The Associate Director of Financial Aid supports the leadership and daily operations of the Financial Aid Department to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations governing student financial assistance programs.
Requirements
- Assist in supervising and supporting Financial Aid staff
- Support the administration of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs
- Ensure financial aid processes are conducted in compliance with Title IV regulations and institutional policies
- Provide training and mentorship to Financial Aid Advisors and staff
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex financial aid issues and student concerns
