Campus Director

Success Education Colleges (SEC) is a family of institutions comprised of North-West College, Glendale Career College, Nevada Career Institute and Marsha Fuerst School of Nursing. The Campus Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of all campus operations, including supervising personnel, managing financial and physical resources, and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

• Supervise all personnel on campus
• Manage financial and physical resources
• Maintain customer relationships
• Assure compliance with all relevant accreditations boards, federal, state, and local laws
• Recruit, train, appraise performance, and develop managers, instructors, and administrative staff
• Seek continuous improvement and encourage all employees to suggest ways to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with members of the community, employers, public agencies, and educational institutions
