Job Description
The Surgical Technology Clinical Instructor is responsible for delivering a quality educational experience for students at clinical sites, ensuring up-to-date curriculum and effective delivery methods.
Requirements
- Teaches and implements curriculum course objectives
- Prepares and administers exams, maintains student records, and provides a professional role model
- Participates in selecting and preparing instructional materials, devises written lesson plans, and implements them through lecture and demonstration
- Assists students in developing understanding of values, attitudes, and ideals appropriate to the health care profession
- Performs other duties as assigned
