Psychiatric Social Worker

The Suffolk County Department of Health Services is seeking a Psychiatric Social Worker to work in the Children's Single Point of Access (SPOA) unit in Hauppauge. The position involves reviewing applications, conducting client contact, and preparing case records.

Requirements

• Graduation from a college with federally-authorized accreditation or registration by NY State with a Master's Degree in Social Work
• Certification as Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the New York State Department of Education
• Valid license to operate a motor vehicle in New York State or other means of transportation
