We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clerk of Works Officer to join our Estates and Inspections team to ensure all construction, refurbishment, and maintenance work across our housing stock are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Clerk of Works, site inspection, or construction quality assurance role
- Strong understanding of building regulations, standards, and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify defects and non-compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in IT systems, including report-writing tools and digital inspection platforms
