Job Description
Barnby and North Cove Primary School is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work part-time in a supportive staff team. The successful candidate will have experience supporting children with SEND and strong interpersonal skills. The role offers a comprehensive induction program, career progression opportunities, and a bespoke package of CPD.
Requirements
- Knowledge of and experience supporting pupils with SEND
- Ability to work with small groups and 1:1 with pupils
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relationships
- Flexibility to support in other areas of the setting
- Passion for supporting learning characteristics in pupils
- Awareness of Safeguarding and GDPR guidelines
