Requirements

• support diverse learner needs, working closely with teachers and families
• promote inclusivity and our Christian ethos in all aspects of school life
• assist with behaviour management, small-group and 1-to-1 interventions
• give support to the pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
• communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the whole school community
• nurture pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development, with empathy, care and understanding
• take an active role in whole school initiatives and events
