Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and helpful person to become a Front Desk Agent for the Lodge at Lincoln Peak. The position involves greeting guests, answering phones, and providing information about the resort and the Mad River Valley. A professional personality and flexible work schedule are required.
Requirements
- Experience at a hotel/front desk
- General computer knowledge and experience with cashier/customer service
- Previous use of SMS or other reservations systems (a plus)
- Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language
