Job Description
Suger is hiring a Senior/Staff Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of its platform, focusing on AI-driven automation in revenue operations. The ideal candidate will have strong product design sensibility, experience with AI-powered products, and the ability to balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management or Product Design experience in tech, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software
- Strong product design sensibility and taste
- Experience with AI-powered products, automation, or data-intensive systems
- Fluency across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through production, iteration, and monitoring
- Clear, confident communication across engineering, design, customer-facing teams, and leadership
