Automotive Technician

Sullivan Tire is hiring an Automotive Technician. The role involves independently repairing and maintaining customer vehicles, offering high-quality service. Responsibilities include tire repairs, safety inspections, and generating repair estimates. Requirements

• Correctly mounts, dismounts, balancing, and repair of passenger and light truck tires.
• Properly perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Properly perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Perform unsupervised diagnosis and repairs of vehicles, including maintenance, brake, steering, suspension, heating and cooling systems, alignment, and light tune-ups.
• Produce accurate repair estimates on customer vehicles.
• Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
• Properly adhere to safety and environmental standards, including maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate with customers and sales staff about needed repairs.
• Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
