Job Description
Sullivan Tire is seeking an Automotive Technician to independently perform vehicle repairs and services, ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role involves tire repair, lubrication, safety inspections, diagnosis, and adherence to safety standards. This position is independently owned and employee-operated.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A technical degree is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry
- Basic understanding of VAST and automotive PC programs
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
- Customer service focus
- Basic conflict resolution skills
