Automotive Technician

Sullivan Tire is seeking an Automotive Technician to independently perform vehicle repairs and services on customer vehicles. Responsibilities include tire repairs, safety inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and accurate repair estimation. The role requires adherence to safety standards and customer communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Customer service focus in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Basic understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry.
• Basic understanding of VAST and automotive PC programs.
• Basic math skills to produce accurate repair estimates.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player.
