Entry Level Technician

Sullivan Tire is seeking an Entry Level Technician to perform vehicle maintenance repairs and services for customers. The role focuses on quality, customer satisfaction, and adhering to internal controls. This position is within an employee-owned company with a focus on team work and a supportive culture.

Requirements

• Correctly mounts, dismounts, balancing, and repair of passenger and light truck tires.
• Properly perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Properly perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
