Head of Engineering

We're hiring multiple hands on Heads of Engineering to own core product domains: Consultant, Integrations, Mobile, and Platform. You'll have full technical and execution ownership of architecture, roadmap, delivery, and reliability for your surface area.

Requirements

• Grown an engineering org with 10+ direct reports
• Built production AI/ML systems with agentic pipelines, LLM inference, real-time NLP or speech
• Done Seed to Series A+ at least once
• Still write code as a player-coach
• Handled ambiguity in technical planning and product shipping
