Job Description
Sully.ai is looking for a Head of Integration Engineering to lead the strategy, design, and execution of all platform integrations that connect Sully.ai's AI medical employees with major EHRs, partner APIs, and healthcare data standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of managing and scaling teams in high-growth early-stage startups
- Deep integrations experience across industries
- Strong system design skills
- Hands-on coding in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript
- CI/CD and cloud expertise
- Security and compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience at a Series A or B AI or healthcare startup
- Working knowledge of ML, AI, and LLMs
