Sully.ai is a healthcare company building AI teammates that augment clinicians. We're looking for a Recruiting Engineer to help us make top-tier hiring efficient and repeatable.

Requirements

• Technical founder who has built recruiting products
• Recruiting experience & technical ability to build agentic recruiting workflows
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills, APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems
• Applied LLM experience: eval, grounding, quality control
• Outbound + experimentation mindset
• High bar for talent quality in AI/technical roles
• High-ownership operator: ships fast, iterates on metrics
