Job Description
We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own Sully's technical project delivery across all areas of business. You will build processes around sprint cadence, delivery standards, and communicate technical milestones to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical project/program management, with at least 3 in early-stage startups
- Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python/Bash
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
