As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will own customer delivery end to end. From pre-sales scope validation, through go-live and transition to BAU, you are the single accountable owner.
Requirements
- 5+ years owning complex B2B SaaS implementations, integrations, or technical delivery programs.
- Experience coordinating multiple internal teams with competing priorities and shipping anyway.
- Strong technical judgment.
- High bar for execution and accountability.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity at an early stage company.
- Bias toward action and follow through.
