Superintendent

The Superintendent will support the Building Administration Guide the Continuous Improvements in the MP&L group of all locations, manage building safety activities, and introduce Lean tools into the NABU MP&L organization.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or Technical Certificate Required, bachelor’s degree preferred, Business Management/Supply Chain Management or similar study preferred
• 8-10 years minimum experience in Lean manufacturing or warehousing scheduling, international business and import experience required including 2 -4 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong mathematical skills required
• Proficient skills in MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word) required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual English/Spanish required
