Associate Manager: Human Resources is responsible for supporting a key business area in the Plant/Designated BU, working closely with HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR projects, business support, and administration, and delivering HR strategy.
Requirements
- Supporting line managers with performance management, absenteeism, leave, workforce planning, and employee relations
- Ensuring accurate and timely HR, compensation, and benefits administration
- Communicating welfare programs and rolling out activities in business areas
- Driving attendance and costs reduction through leave management
- Managing employee relations matters and developing strong relationships with partners, line, and employees
- Providing sound advice on ER issues and ensuring legal compliance
- Talent acquisition, talent management, and employee life cycle management
- Acting as a culture and change champion, leading employee engagement initiatives, and overseeing on-boarding and probation processes
