Sr. Ultipro HRIS Analyst

Seeking an experienced HRIS professional to reconfigure UKG settings, translate pay codes, and build interfaces for a multibillion-dollar leader in their industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years with UKG configuration and integration
• UKG Pro and Payroll is required
• Knowledge of UKG Workforce Management Dimensions (Kronos) is preferred but not required
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Knowledge of UDES, APIs and integration between HRIS and other business systems
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, data mapping, and interfaces
• Skilled in troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication
