Workday Payroll HRIS Project Manager

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll, coordinating with stakeholders, overseeing system testing and data migration, and facilitating regular project meetings to ensure seamless end-user experience and processes. Ensure successful system integration with timekeeping and benefits systems and vendors, and develop post-implementation support plans.

Requirements

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into project objectives.
• Oversee system testing, data migration, user acceptance testing and training activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve system implementation problems and overall system performance.
• Ensure successful system integration with timekeeping and benefits systems and vendors.
• Write and prepare system user documentation, instructional guides, reference materials and system plans and manuals.
• Develop post-implementation support plans and conduct project closeout activities including lessons learned.
