Protiviti is looking for a Workday Payroll Manager to join their People & Change segment within their Business Performance Improvement team. As a Manager, you'll partner with clients to identify and manage people & change transformation opportunities, develop strategies to solve complex business problems, and devise solutions to support client needs through the use of the latest tools and methods.
Requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to assess current payroll operations and regulatory requirements
- Developing payroll and HR transformation strategies
- Translating business requirements into system configurations, test cases, and training materials for Workday implementation projects
- Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processing efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and controls
- Supporting the planning, configuration, and deployment of Workday Payroll and related modules
- Developing project documentation and staying current on Workday releases and payroll technology trends
- Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network
- Ability to translate and communicate HR-related issues, risks, or challenges to client personnel
- Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight, and review of work
