Laboratory Assistant

Summit Pathology is looking to add an enthusiastic team player to our fast-paced, growing pathology company, as a Lab Assistant/Hospital Tech at Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, WY. The position requires travel to Colorado or other Wyoming locations during the training period.

Requirements

• Assess specimen quality, make necessary corrections, and prepare the specimen for processing or grossing
• Accurately accession specimens into the supported LIS system and perform data entry
• Assist with routine needle procedures, slide preparation, and staining
