Job Description
The Bus Assistant assists the bus driver with the safe and reliable transportation of students, including managing student behavior and maintaining a clean and safe vehicle.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 years of age in New York)
- Must meet physical and medical requirements
- Must satisfactorily complete and pass all training
- Ability to relate to and work well with children
- Ability to maintain effective pupil behavior management
- High level of professionalism and diplomacy skills
