Job Description
The School Bus Driver Evaluator is responsible for documenting driver competency levels and ensuring drivers adhere to company best practices. The role involves driving home-to-school routes, assessing driver skills, and promoting safety. The Driver Evaluator will have knowledge of driver education and safe driving practices.
Requirements
- Drive and operate a school bus or other location-specific vehicle
- Conduct and document required evaluations of new and existing drivers
- Assist with maintaining driver files following company standards
- Support company safety culture through participation in monthly safety meetings
- Assess employees' driving abilities and provide constructive feedback
