School Bus Driver Evaluator

The School Bus Driver Evaluator is responsible for documenting driver competency levels, promoting safety, and ensuring drivers adhere to company best practices. This role requires knowledge of driver education and safe driving practices, and involves driving home-to-school routes and assessing driver skills as part of the company's safety program.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or age required by state law
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in teaching or transportation is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years as a Commercial Driver License holder
• Must possess all valid applicable state license and other required certifications to operate company vehicles
• No moving violations or chargeable accidents on MVR within a 3-year history
• Compliance with all applicable company, federal, state, county, district, and contract specific Driver requirements
