We are seeking a Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and strengthen our market presence. The role involves a mix of telemarketing, frontline sales, and networking, requiring strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Requirements
- Nationality: Malaysian
- 1–5 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken)
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Willing to attend events and meet clients in person
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, well-spoken, and able to build rapport easily
- Independent thinker with a self-driven and proactive mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior Business Development role
