Job Description
Senior Product Manager I position responsible for defining AI agent and MCP interactions with the Sumo Logic platform, ensuring secure, governed, and auditable access to platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, security, IAM, APIs, AI platforms, developer platforms, observability, or security products
- Strong technical product instincts around permissions, governance, APIs, platform architecture, admin controls, and enterprise-scale systems
- Familiarity with AI agent concepts such as MCP, tools, skills, agent orchestration, headless invocation, agent-to-agent workflows, context, memory, and guardrails
- Strong understanding of enterprise controls such as RBAC, OAuth, API keys, service accounts, audit logs, policy enforcement, rate limits, throttling, quotas, and data access boundaries
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using telemetry, dashboards, SQL, and usage data to understand adoption, friction, failures, and risk
