Senior Product Manager I

Senior Product Manager I will define how AI agents, MCP clients, and enterprise workflows safely interact with the Sumo Logic platform, owning key product areas across MCP strategy, agent governance, headless invocation, and more. The role requires 4+ years of product management experience, strong technical instincts, and a strong understanding of enterprise controls, AI agent concepts, and platform architecture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, security, IAM, APIs, AI platforms, developer platforms, observability, or security products
• Strong technical product instincts around permissions, governance, APIs, platform architecture, admin controls, and enterprise-scale systems
• Familiarity with AI agent concepts such as MCP, tools, skills, agent orchestration, headless invocation, agent-to-agent workflows, context, memory, and guardrails
• Strong understanding of enterprise controls such as RBAC, OAuth, API keys, service accounts, audit logs, policy enforcement, rate limits, throttling, quotas, and data access boundaries
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable using telemetry, dashboards, SQL, and usage data to understand adoption, friction, failures, and risk
