Job Description
Senior Product Manager - Platform Efficiency & COGS responsible for driving continual “cost to value” alignment and delivering product features and platform enhancements to ensure durable efficiency of scale. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, FinOps, and Pricing, and is responsible for the architectural efficiency and gross margin health of our global SaaS analytics platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of PM experience, ideally in a technical platform role within an Enterprise SaaS environment (Log Analytics, Observability, or Cybersecurity)
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and microservices
- Experience with AWS cost structures and FinOps principles
- Strong hold on cost and numbers, with ability to find the 'why' behind the numbers to drive strategic pivots
- Proven track record of taking high-level efficiency goals and breaking them down into testable hypotheses and delivered features
