We're looking for a Fraud Prevention Manager to lead our Acquiring domain worldwide, someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads with clarity, and gets things done. In this role, you'll own the global Acquiring fraud strategy, lead a team of fraud specialists, and work closely with Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and Product to build scalable, high-impact prevention capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fraud prevention, fraud strategy, or risk management within payments or fintech
- Experience in leading people, including hiring, setting goals, coaching, and managing performance
- Data-driven and comfortable working with databases, building KPIs, and measuring the impact of strategy changes
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Product, and senior business stakeholders
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
