• Solid experience with chargeback (disputes with issuers and acquirers, creation of files and flag rules)
• Experience with team leadership
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI management
• Experience with data and dashboard use for decision-making
• Good communication and influence skills with different stakeholders
• Proactive profile, with autonomy and focus on problem resolution
