We're looking for a Lead People Partner - Sales to shape the future of our Sales organisation, define and lead the People Strategy roadmap, and drive operational excellence across onboarding, performance management, and leadership development.
Requirements
- Deep People Partnering and HR leadership expertise
- Proven track record driving people and organisational transformation
- Expertise in organisational design, talent management, and leadership capability building
- Fluency in English (additional European languages a plus)
