Colormatch Lab Associate

The Color Match Lab Associate is responsible for providing color matches and color proof support to customers, applying color theory and digital color principles, and using lab equipment and software to yield proficient color matching and proofing.

Requirements

• Create and reproduce high-quality Color Match and proofs for all incoming requests
• Format and create customer presentations according to established specification tolerances
• Create standard color proofs that comply with customers and internal specifications
• Provide accurate formulae for local and feeder sites
• Accurate real time accounting of and reporting of color match data
• Complete and accurate data entry reporting of all project activities
• Maintains lab and equipment of the highest standards
• Performs calibration of all lab equipment according to frequency schedule
• Identifies need for ordering equipment and supplies for the Color Match Lab
• Works with Lead and/or Manager to determine project priorities
• Adheres to all safety rules and regulations according to quality and safety policies
