Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Hartwell site, including mica mining operations, separation plant, manufacturing plants (North and South), and the warehouse serving as a global supply point.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience across multiple departments
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience with direct reports
• Minimum 5 years serving on a site leadership team
• Prior Plant or Operations Manager experience required
• Proven track record delivering results in EHS, cost reduction, quality improvement, asset optimization, cycle time reduction, and capital project execution
