Job Description
The Site Manager is responsible for leading and managing the North Charleston site, including the Mica Processing Plant, Effect Pigment manufacturing operations, and the warehouse serving as a global supply point. The role establishes and executes the site vision and strategic plans aligned with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience across multiple departments.
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience with direct reports.
- Minimum 5 years serving on a site leadership team.
- Prior Plant or Operations Manager experience required.
