Graduate of a PTA program, current state licensure, CPR certification, and 6 months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
Housekeeper
High school diploma preferred. Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required. Six months experience in long-term care a plus
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Boswell Transitional Care of Cascadia
PTA program graduate with current licensure and 6 months experience in long-term care
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Boswell Transitional Care of Cascadia
Graduate of accredited LPN school. Current LPN license. CPR certification. Clinical specific certification preferred (Long-term care, Gerontology, etc.)
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Must be a graduate from an accredited OT assistant program. Current COTA license and CPR certification are essential. Prior long-term care experience is preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) - Boswell Transitional Care of Cascadia
RN license required. Graduated from an accredited nursing school. 6+ months experience in long-term care (preferred)
Physical Therapist
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Current PT license and CPR/Fingerprint Clearance. 6+ months experience in long-term care preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Day - Boswell Transitional Care of Cascadia
High school diploma required; CNA license/certification needed. CPR and Level 1 fingerprint clearance card are also required
Resident Support Services Assistant
High school diploma, 6 months experience in long-term care environment
