Job Description
Senior Community Managers are responsible for the operations & profitability of the community and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for residents. They are on-call 24 hours a day and handle various administrative activities, marketing, leasing, property maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations.
Requirements
- Markets models, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale in the community.
- Resolves complaints and responds to issues in a timely manner.
- Manages the rent collection process and handles delinquencies.
