Client Care Representative

As a Client Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs and promoting Sun Life products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of inbound call center experience
• Previous related BPO work experience in Healthcare/Insurance (Preferred)
• Fluency in English speaking and writing
• Ability to handle 3 concurrent chats with customers
• Very good written communication skills
• Ability to effectively promote Sun Life products and services
