Job Description
Managerial role in IP litigations responsible for FTO evaluations & IP risk mapping for Finished products across global markets, providing IP litigation support to various stakeholders, and managing the deliverables in time with quality.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Hatch Waxman litigations
- Preparation & review of Notice letters, document collection, monitoring dockets, and interactions with counsels
- Detailed Freedom to Operate (FTO) evaluations for Finished Products
- Identifying & reviewing key third party patents, early stage evaluation of risks & mitigations
- Timely support to Portfolio, Business Development, R & D, PMO, Regulatory, and Commercial teams
- New Product Opportunity Identification for global markets based on IP scenarios
- Mapping of Competitive Intelligence, regulatory dynamics and aligning with IP strategies
