Manager- IP Litigation (API)

Managerial role in IP litigations – responsible for API related FTO evaluations & IP risk mapping across various countries, providing IP litigation support to various stakeholders, and managing the deliverables in time.

Requirements

• Master of Pharmacy or M.S. or M. Tech. (Pharmaceutics or Chemistry preferred)
• P.G. Diploma in Patents Law (preferred)
• Around 10-12 years of relevant experience in API-IP domain
• Sound understanding of IP dynamics, technical skills, Good communication skills, Team player, Agility & adaptability
