Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Behavioral Health

Sun River Health offers a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in Behavioral Health to support the Westchester Square site. The LPN will render nursing care to patients, within unit of the Center or authorized community site, in support of medical care as directed by the medical staff and pursuant to the objectives and policies of the Center.

Requirements

• High school diploma/ GED
• Valid New York State LPN License
• CPR Certification
• Infection Control Certification
