Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, managing a high-volume provider desk, and facilitating the recruiting process, including sourcing, qualifying candidates, and placing successful candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume healthcare setting
- Active SHRM CP or PHR certification
