Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Texas Health Action (THA) is a community-informed non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to culturally affirming, quality health services in a safe and supportive environment, with expertise in serving LGBTQIA+ people and those impacted by HIV. The Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive full-cycle talent acquisition and represent the organization externally to attract high-quality, mission-aligned candidates.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines
