The Employee Engagement Executive is responsible for designing and delivering meaningful employee experience initiatives that strengthen engagement, reinforce company culture, and enhance internal communication across SUN.STUDIO.
Requirements
- Plan and execute engagement and culture plans aligned with team and company priorities.
- Operate and maintain internal communication platforms.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team and Marketing to implement employer branding activities.
- Implementation of engagement surveys and collect employee feedback.
- Planning and tracking of budgets for engagement activities.
