Job Description
The Operations Team Leader is responsible for monitoring and directing work activities, planning operations, and ensuring compliance with company plant and safety rules. The role also involves leading a team in the SunCoke Visible Safety Program, participating in safety incident investigations, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
