Job Description
This Sales & Category Manager position will own revenue growth within a rapidly expanding functional tea line with a strong focus on scaling Therapists & Doctors Network (TAN). The role involves revenue generation, integrating with existing networks, developing product strategies, and coordinating campaigns across multiple channels. It's a high-impact position at the intersection of wellness, healthcare, FMCG, and product innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or category management – ideally in FMCG, e-commerce, wellness, or healthcare.
- A strong commercial mindset and demonstrated success in driving revenue and category growth.
- Experience with DTC e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills (German and English fluency).
