Branch Manager

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the retail growth and profitability of our Palos Verdes Estates, CA branch. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of banking experience, supervisory experience, and excellent communication and sales skills.

Requirements

• Responsible for the corporate growth plan through branch deposit average balance increases, household increases, consumer lending base increases, deposit service fee increases, cross sale ratio, and partnering line of business referrals
• Responsible for assisting all sales team initiatives which include weekly joint sales calls to grow business relationships other line of business leaders
• Hire, train, direct and communicate performance expectations clearly and frequently, evaluating employee performance – recommend promotions, transfers and salary adjustments
• Develop and coach staff to provide legendary customer service to all customers and non-customers
