Job Description
Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of full-time Branch Manager at our Meridian, TX. The Branch Manager oversees the branch’s retail growth and profitability, responsible for maximizing sales/production, coaching and developing staff, establishing and upholding legendary customer service, controlling expenses, and coordinating the efforts of staff.
Requirements
- Two to five years of similar or related experience
- Banking experience preferred
- Supervisory experience required
